Shipping Policy
Please Note that processing times are separate from the shipping times shown at checkout. Omni Kamor products are manufactured and designed On Demand. This means that we do not create the product until you order it. Typically, it will take 2-3 days to process orders prior to shipping.
Omni Kamor's estimated delivery time (EDT) is our prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. The EDT is the sum of estimated fulfillment and shipping time. Think:
estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time
Our fulfillment time is 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products. When we calculate the estimated fulfillment time, we take into account the current order volume and our capacity.
The estimated shipping time is calculated according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.
The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:
- Products being out of stock
- Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, mail service disruptions
Fulfillment
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you'll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
When will I get my order?
Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination.
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order and thereafter it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
Total EDT typically 6-11 business days for U.S. customers!
Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it’s delivered to the end address.
Potential delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. Please note that the estimated delivery date is just an estimate and it isn't necessarily guaranteed. Your estimated delivery date will be displayed at checkout and also included in your order confirmation email. It is possible that items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Omni Kamor is committed to providing convenient and reliable service to our customers during the shipping process. In the event that there are any major issues within the shipping process, we will do our very best to ensure that the problem is resolved and see to it that you remain a happy, satisfied customer with Omni Kamor.

Omni Kamor ships globally, but there are some countries we can't deliver to due to legal or shipping carrier restrictions.Customs fees
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.Live shipping rates
Live rates are calculated by carriers in real-time and displayed during order on checkout page. These rates are determined by the order fulfillment location, shipping destination, shipping method, and carrier pricing.
Carriers
Omni Kamor partners with carriers like USPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL to give you the best possible shipping experience. Our detailed tracking page combines data from these carriers to make it easier for you as the customer to follow packages.
If package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it yet, we recommend you to inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery staff and search premises for the package. We do not cover refunds due to carrier errors.

International Shipping
Omni Kamor isn't available in some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
For now, Omni Kamor isn't available in and doesn't ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically.
We're available in all other countries and ship internationally!
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Omni Kamor is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@omnikamor.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. We do not accept returns on products that are not defective by our own error.
We accept returns up to 4 weeks after delivery.
Return shipping costs will be paid by you as the customer and we will cover the total cost of your replacement including shipping costs upon approval/acceptance of your return. If you are requesting a refund then your refund will be processed in the full amount to the original payment method that was used to place your order.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@omnikamor.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
